More celebs and people in general should watch TLC’s What Not to Wear. It’s my No. 1 guilty pleasure. Let’s face it, Clinton Kelly and Stacy London are quite possibly the Oprah of the fashion dos and don’ts.
These fashion experts save one civilian at a time from ill-fitting acid washed jeans and frumpy sweatshirts. They throw out the old without explanation or sympathy. They bring in new age-appropriate outfits for the size ones, the curvy women, the I-know-next-to-nothing-about-fashion men and the outright train wrecks that still think fanny packs are an OK alternative to a purse.
Hairstylist Nick Arrojo and make-up artist Carmindy…I want them for Christmas. It just shows that a hint of make-up in the right places topped with the right haircut can make you look and feel like a celebrity. So tune in and take notes…both you – and your wardrobe – won’t regret it.
