Danity Kane is short two members as of Tuesday night’s live season finale of Making the Band 4.

Diddy confirmed suspicions, announcing that Aubrey O’Day was no longer a member, nor was Wanita “D. Woods” Woodgette.
Remaining bandmate Dawn Richard revealed that Diddy did not like where O’Day’s image was going for the group.
It’s likely that the singers topless spread in Complex last month was alienating young fans.
“We had just did a signing with Dollhouse Teen, which is for 13, 14-year-old young girls,” Richard said. “So we can’t do that one day and then the next day do an obnoxious cover…. [Diddy] wants the fans, and he says he can’t do that if we can continue to go in the direction that we were going.”
Diddy stressed that it was O’Day’s negative attitude that got her fired, and D. Woods got caught up in it.
“I just want to work with the young lady that I signed, not the person that fame has made her,” he said via satellite on Tuesday’s show.
The relatively new music group hit celebrity status four years ago with the original Making the Band. The other two remaining group members are Audrea Fimbres and Shannon Bex.
Richard said that Diddy has not said anything about getting new group members, but she suspects he’ll do another show.
