On the eve of Lindsay Lohan’s scheduled jail surrender, attorney Robert Shapiro peaced out. Although Shapiro had confirmed on Friday that he would represent the actress, a source tells E! News he was unhappy with Lindsay’s behavior while staying at his sober living facility, Pickford Lofts. The source says Lindsay was unruly, had people visiting in the wee hours of the night, and “acted like she ran the place”.

Lucky for Lilo, attorney Shawn Chapman Holley came to the rescue, despite announcing her resignation from the case after Lindsay’s initial sentencing. Sounds like enough to make a girl go crazy, and reality finally set in for poor Lilo as she made light of her stressful situation on Twitter, saying “The only ‘bookings’ that I’m familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that I’d be ‘booking’ into Jail… eeeks.”

On Tuesday morning, Lindsay was greeted at the courthouse by loyal fans wearing “Free Lindsay” t-shirts, holding sympathetic signs, and sprinkling gold glitter on Lindsay as she walked into court. But apparently Judge Marsha Revel did not share these same feelings of sympathy. The judge stayed firm in her 90-day jail ruling, stating, “No house arrest, No work release.” Judge Revel also ordered Lindsay to report to probation within 24 hours of her release from jail. The actress was then was handcuffed and taken to the Lindwood Correctional Facility.

Actress Lindsay Lohan s father Michael Lohan and his girlfriend arrived at the Beverly Hills Court house on July 20, 2010 moments before his daughter arrived with her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley to face the crowd of media and fans waiting for her to be sentenced to do jail time. This morning Judge Marsha Revel ordered Lohan to jail and said there would be no electronic monitoring or house arrest that could reduce her 90-day sentence. Judge Marsha Revel had the cameras turned off when it came time to cuffing Lindsay and taking her off to her new temporary home. Outside the court house fans screamed and protested Lindsay s freedom. Fame Pictures, Inc

Sheriff’s Department documents show August 2 as Lindsay’s possible release date, meaning she would only serve 14 of her 90-days sentence, but spokesman Steve Whitmore assures E! News that August 2 is just a projected date, it is not specific one.
