Britney Spears’ former bodyguard is suing her, claiming the pop star sexually harassed him, continuously exposed herself to him, and abused her kids.
According to legal documents, Fernando Flores says Brit made “unwanted sexual advances” towards him.
Amongst the allegations, Flores cites a particular incident when “She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores].” On another occasion, Fernando allegedly recalls a time when Britney called him to her room to bring her 7Up, all the while standing bare naked in front of him. Per the suit, Brit then told Flores, “You know you liked it.”
The suit also accuses Britney of allegedly having loud sex in a hotel suite, while her kids were also in the room.
But in the most serious allegation, the suit claims that Britney once allegedly demanded Flores’ belt in order to hit her son, Sean Preston, and fed both of her children crabmeat, despite their seafood allergies, causing them to vomit. Spears then allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical attention for the kids.
Britney defends herself, in a statement saying “this lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.”
Brit’s baby daddy, Kevin Federline, also backs up his ex, calling the claims “baseless”, and referring to Fernando as a fame whore. But K-Fed isn’t the only member of Team Britney. Another former bodyguard has stepped up to defend the pop star.
Mark Chinapen, who worked with Brit during 2007 – one of her most difficult years – tells E! News he has never had a negative experience with her or her children. Chinapen says, “You’re always going to have situations like that, such as at a concert when an artist is changing their clothes and you’re standing there. Your job is to be professional and protect your client. That should be your main concern.”
Flores is seeking unspecified damages from Britney and the company he was working for – Advanced Security Concepts – for sexual harassment and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Britney Spears is reportedly planning to counter sue Fernando Flores.
