This week, the beauty spotlight is shining on Hilary Duff! She has been out promoting her new book “Elixir” and looks absolutely perfect!
At Borders in NYC October 11:
Hilary looks great! She’s totally rockin’ the grown-out roots with that highlighted beachy hair look that I was talking about all Summer, and of course the smokey eye with neutral lips!
Hilary is always great about changing her nail polish to fit her look, too. I’m loving the sleek black polish!
Here she is on September 13:
Blue nail polish
If you get to see past the sparkle of her ring, you’ll notice blue nails and a tattoo on the inside of her finger which says “shine”!
Of the tattoo, Hilary says,
“It’s just for me to look at and remember. I feel like it’s easy to lose your shine, to lose that special thing about yourself. When you get busy or you get tired and you feel like everything is fake or the world is against you, it’s important to keep your character and to let your light shine.”
