If you live anywhere on Planet Earth, the words “winning” and “tiger blood” have likely become a part of your daily vocabulary, thanks to a certain Mr. Charlie Sheen. And even if you’d generally prefer not to dwell in “Celebrity-ville” there seems to be no avoiding Charlie’s incessant morning show interviews, home videos, and tweets. In the midst of all the outrage, Warner Brothers Television has given Charlie an 11-page letter notifying him that he is officially fired from the CBS hit show, “Two and a Half Men”, and stating all of the reasons for his termination.

In the letter, Warner Bros. states, “Your client has been engaged in dangerously self-destructive conduct and appears to be very ill.” They then proceed to describe all of Charlie’s recent shenanigans in the past few months, including trashing the Plaza Hotel in New York, various on-set failures due to drug fatigue, and most recently, the actor’s criticism against “Two and a Half Men” creator, Chuck Lorre.

According to the letter, there is a clause in Charlie’s contract stating that the studio can fire a performer who commits “a felony offense involving moral turpitude.” Warner Bros. claims they have “ample evidence” that Sheen has committed that type of offense.

Of course, Charlie is not one to stay tight lipped. The actor considers his firing to be “very good news”, and continues to belittle his now ex-boss, Chuck Lorre. In a statement, Charlie says, “They continue to be in breach, like so many whales…It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions, never have to look at [expletive] again and I never have to put on those silly shirts for as long as this warlock exists in the terrestrial dimension.”

Charlie’s attorney, Marty Singer, tells The Hollywood Reporter that they plan to sue Warner Bros., as they believe the studio has no basis to suspend or terminate Charlie. Meanwhile, Chuck Lorre is watching his own back and has hired famed Hollywood lawyer, Howard Weitzman and his team from Kinsella Weitzman Iser Kump & Aldisertto, to help get him through this mess.

While the future of “Two and a Half Men” looks dim, sources tell TMZ that Lorre has been holding internal meetings about continuing the show without Charlie. According to a source, one person who has been contacted is Rob Lowe.

Although no decision has been made about whether or not the show will continue, it looks like there may be some interest in keeping it alive.

What do you think? Does “Two and a Half Men” stand a chance without Charlie? And if so, who do you think should replace him?
