Here are three fitness tips for you to implement into your daily living, to help you stay on the FIT path:
1) Make sure you prepare your meals! I prepare all my food the night before. I look at my schedule, see how many meals/snacks I am going to need with me, and I get to packing. Tupperware is your very good friend! It is so important to keep healthy meals and snacks close to you all the time. This will become a practice, a commitment, and it will feel easier over time. Don’t think, don’t complain, just do it!

2) Practice shifting your relationship with exercise. When you feel unmotivated to brush your teeth, do you go to work unbrushed? What do you tell yourself in order to get that brush in your mouth? Maybe that you will feel much better, much cleaner, more confident in your conversations, and people will feel more attracted to you?
Get my point? It’s the same with exercise. Tune in, tap in, and get turned on about the energy, confidence, peace, connection, and strength you want to feel. Then go exercise because you know it offers you many things that you want, and remember all the immediate results you get from it rather than getting discouraged over, and only focusing on, the long term results you don’t see yet.

3) Never forget that you are the ONLY one that can do this for yourself. No one can make your choices for you. No one can get you strong and courageous, and no one can make you healthy and hot. However, at the same time NO ONE can stop you from becoming the best darn version of yourself, no one can take away your dreams, and no one can make you weak unless you allow them to.
You have the choice to go for your dreams. You can do anything you want. If you need more strength or courage first, before you can make that first step toward your dreams, then go get some!

Remember, big change is a result of lots of little changes that come together to create your life!
Here’s to your health, wellness, and vitality!
